News:
- We have some amazing news- Our own Dhimitrious Crowe, current Durfee Band Student, has been awarded a $1,000.00 scholarship from SEMSBA! Way to go Dhimitrious and Band/Orch team for supporting him throughout the years! He has become an amazing person, musically and otherwise, and that is due to the time and mentoring you share with him.. Congrats!
Our $10,000.00 Instrument Delivery to Durfee High School will be happening Thursday, March 7th! So excited- and Ernie Boch himself will be here the following week to snap a pic with our kids and catch a quick performance!- The 3rd Graders from Letourneau, Henry Lord, Fonseca, Tansey and Spencer Borden will be traveling to the Zeiterion on Tuesday to attend the NBSO's Resourceful Composer, Resourceful Planet Performance- participation in this amazing learning experience was granted to us by the Fall River Cultural Council in the amount of $2,425.00!
- Durfee Theatre Team is heading to METG Comps this weekend! They are performing Antigone Now- come cheer them on! DUE TO SNOW, THIS PERFORMANCE IS NOW ON SUNDAY!!!!

- ALL CITY BAND is coming up- Tuesday March 26th, right here at Durfee!!! So excited! Stay tuned for more details!
- The National Art Education Conference will begin on Thursday the 14th of March and we have a few teachers attending- so excited to hear what great ideas they bring back!
