Students will have the opportunity to talk about their summers, review a movement activity from the prior year to get them moving, practice classroom expectations by raising their hands and waiting their turn. Students will review hallway procedures.

Students will determine a beat together that they’d like the teacher to put into Chrome Music Lab Songmaker. The teacher will model how the touch screen of the Promethean board works and allow students to come up and create their name or a short melody.
